Breast Augmentation
Our charge for a breast augmentation with saline implants is about $6,500. This includes all facility, anesthesia, surgeon fees, implant fees and all doctor visits. If silicone implants are desired, the charge is about $7,500. The procedure is typically performed under a general anesthesia and I usually place the implants under the muscle. In special cases, the implants may be placed above the muscle (sub-glandular) and the fees would be reduced.
Following surgery, most patients are able to engage in light activities right away. Most patients find that they only require ibuprofen within 24-48 hours. It is important, however, to wear a bra 24-hours daily for the first week after surgery. The bra may be removed when showering, which can be done the day after surgery.
You won’t receive better care anywhere – we see you at least 7 times after surgery during the first year following your procedure.
Breast Reduction & Breast Lift
If your breasts are sagging, you may need a breast lift in addition to a breast augmentation. I perform many different types of breast lift procedures. The specific type of procedure (and cost) would be determined at the time of your consultation. Prices range from $2,000 – $8,500. Whenever possible, a minimally invasive (mimimal incision) procedure is performed. In some cases, a “minor” breast lift procedure may be safely combined with the augmentation procedure. However, if a “major” breast lift procedure is required, it would be performed first, then the augmentation procedure would be performed as a second procedure.
Discounts & Finacing
Please note that the fees above are typical for each procedure. However, a detailed quotation will be provided at the time of your consultation with the specific fees as they relate to your procedure. Also, multi-procedure discounts are available. For example, when patients combine liposuction or a breast lift with a breast augmentation procedure at the Maryland Plastic Surgery Center, the entire fee is less than if the procedures were performed separately.
